Would someone be willing to donate their time to help with a school club graphic?

I guess we need to have the image remade as it doesnt get bigger than the attached.

We need it to me more high quality.

It doesnt need to look just like the image attached, it can look slightly different.

We also need "Paralegal Association" to be another color besides gray.

I just guide you about this logo which you design. Its better if you can design this logo on vector with the help of illustrator. Try to choose some another corporate fonts and color which make this logo as a professional or corporate logo.
