Flash MX 2004 focus/blur animation

Hey guys,

Sadly Flash isn't my forte. I'm looking for an online tutorial that an allow me to animate a company logo the same as the link below...

This is pretty close but uses much more movement. Understand this tut and I think you will be able to figure it out

The effect you're after is very easy to make so I doubt you will have too much trouble once you find the guide.

Great links but I've only got MX 2004 so it doesn't have the 'filter' options. I need to buy a newer version!
