I was recently trying out different colors in GIMP. Once I found one that fit perfectly to my site I type the hex code in on my CSS page and to my surprise the color looked a little "off". i.e. lighter or darker than it was in gimp. any clue why that is/ advice on a better way to check colors besides a art program? thanks
