I just designed a banner for a friend who wants to use it on a commercial site. I'd like to give her something in writing that guarantees my work is original and grants her exclusive rights to the image I used. Can someone direct me to a free, simple contract I could use for this?

• Title should be less then 10 words.
• Use Meta Tags.
• Meta Keywords not more then 50 words
• Don’t use frames to develop your website pages.
• Use light color for Background of your website page.
• Make website for user/views, not for search engines.
• Use H1,H2 Tags for heading
