I usually use http://www.sxc.hu/ - it allow all images to be used for any pourpose.

Search Google for "Royalty free images" there are plenty of sites

I would suggest you search HERE, in our stickies and the forums. This question has been asked numerous times with many, many replies containing links to sources.
