I'm inclined to say that I'd like the text to pop out more... but, with the right design environment, I suppose it's not a problem.

it's too dull and the focus is pulled 2 ways between the leaf and the sparkle.

the shadow is too heavy

Hi, well, now that you already have your own idea, I recommend you to hire a group of experts in order to improve it with experts advices. I think that, at this point, this is the best solution for you, or the next step. I have heard that there are some good enterprises that have enough tools for helping you to have a great logo. Bye

i think its better if its more lighter... its too dark and blurry...

It is kind of blurry, and the colors really don’t help much. I’m afraid I don’t like it very much.

It would be a good logo for mary-jane paraphernalia

Honestly speaking, it doesn't look good. Colors are pale. Blurred images. Text isn't that attractive. The background is crap.

You need some more distinction between the background colour, leaf image and text colour. Try incorporating a different colour for the background blues, yellows or browns would all go with the green.

It looks not bad at all. Though it looks quite blurred. I think you need to make it more clear..
