I need some help creating/ revising a soccer crest for a local team..

The logo and colors are fine, just need some help changing out the verbiage of "Salt Lake" to "South Bay" and don't know if it's even remotely possible to change the area that the RSL are inter-twined to RSB.

the B will sit behind the R, the R leg goes through bottom B loop

do you have an eps or ai file? i'll do that in like 30 seconds lol
