I like the colored version as well. Just a thought, but it might be interesting if a section or two of the ring also has a splash of color. Not the whole ring, but a little here or there.

Coloured's better, I think, but it is always good to have the flexibility that having a good b/w logo brings - e.g. when shrunk, or on printed text maybe... They're both good.

I really like the colored one. It adds alot more to the logo the the simple black one does. If your going to have this printed out and your budget is an issue them maybe have the black and white one. But, quality should be the first priority. They both look nice.

Definitely the colored one is much better than the black one. The color in the cassete tape gives life to your logo. But to be able to improve more the logo you need to think another color in your ring..Keep it up

keep them both, the black for shirt printing,
now you have identity,
hell make a red one a blue one and a green one,
