Free Vector Sites
http://www.dezignus.com http://www.vecteezy.com As for "vectorizing" an image, you could use adobe illustrator (if you have it) and trace over the image, or you could use inkscape which is used to make vector images, but I've only worked with it limitedly. There used to be a free service called "vector magic." If you don't mind spending some money (not sure how expensive it is) in the long run it's a good tool to use so you could just google that. I'm assuming you have a vector program already (such as illustrator?) if you want to work with them, or are you using photoshop?

If you're using Adobe Illustrator, there are a bunch of tutorials on YouTube... I know I learn faster with videos
