Does anyone use Photoshop Elements? I'm looking for a cheaper substitute to Adobe Photoshop for website graphics. Is this only good for touching up photos?

Not at all, Photoshop elements can do ALMOST as much as its big brother. It's a pretty good alternative to full-blown Photoshop.
