I'm wondering what software do myspace resource sites use for their graphics? I mean, what are they using for it? With the watermark of its site.

some use photo shop some use paintshop pro
you can use any image editor that let you add text and change the transparent levels /opacity!
or you can use this site to watermark and add logos to your images
