Need help identifying cool graphic effect

Howdy, all -

Would anyone happen to know what program & tool made the cool "Meet me in Martindale" effect in this clip?

Nice, eh? Flash 8? Plug-in transition for Adobe Premiere or ULead's VideoStudio?

Any leads, appreciated.

Looks more like Flash? But it's on a clip so maybe Adobe Premiere effects...

most probably in adobe after effects.

I've done this before, quite a while back though...

You can take a lense flare out of Photoshop and drop it into a flash movie and have it slide accross the screen while the text reveals beneath it.

Thanks for the tip. I just spent a half-hour on Google searching for things like "animated lens flare text photoshop flash" and came up with bunches of tutorials, but nothing covering this particular effect.

If you have a few minutes, could you scribble down what you remember about the process? That might be enough to get me headed in the right direction.
