i would like to make banners and line art i play this horse game and i make layout on the game

but i do not know how to make line art or banners i cant use adboe because my boyfreind computer sill run slow if i download it so i was wondering if any one new a program that i can use that does not need so much room or its not so big please help i want to make a banner like he one on my layout in the link above

You can try PaintShopPro, it's about $99 and a LOT smaller than Photoshop. It does everything you need for banners.

You could also try GIMP, which is open-source (free).
