Why not get your own domain and hosting, then you could use joomla or wordpress for your site. Or just use blogger or free wordpress instead.

My eyes hurt,
i agree with luvee why not use WP or blogger.
I have a just started blogging with a free blogger account.
I don't think my visitors eyes hurt that much.

I'm not 100% what the aim of your website is, but I think its for images that your created. You need to redesign it and like LadynRed said, its very 90's.
