i've inserter 2 flash buttons and one video file .swf ... when i make preview in firefox or ie7 is working OK but after i uploaded to server they doesn't appear !!! what is the problem ??
i am using dreamweaver 8 .

What type are you uploading with?

until now i transfer binary mode ... i have 3 (methods: binary, text and automatic)
neither one is working ... i've tried text and automatic , at automatic wc asked me which type of file i want to transfer in ascii mode (*.txt *.htm *.html *.pas *.c *.cpp *.h *.bas *.tex ) ; i tried to put *swf there, but it's not working either ...

**** i've instaled a home http server on my local computer ... and it's working fine

just try changing the flash version setting and rename it then save it and try to upload it again.Had a similar problem once done that and it worked.. mayb done something in the interim jus try it.

You can also check whether you have embedded the flash urls correctly or not.
