So far I have the header done I was also wondering how I could change where it says home games videos forum when I hover over that part of the layout to a different picture with the same thing but different colored font and if you don't like something please help me fix it.

I like it For the menu, use the same font just color the background a different color for hover.

Maybe someone could suggest a tutorial for the hover part?

CSS may be easier. For the a:hover for that section you would use the rollover image as the background.

It looks pretty good now, however I would move the box a bit more up and I would get rid of the line on the right side of "Blog" so it all evens out.

That is just a picture I am going to do that with html later

I like the colours pretty well, but maybe the outline is a bit too heavy.

I think the buttons' text is too bold, maybe make this a bit smoother and smaller to make it a bit more readable.

I would look into doing a CSS type menu with text and then you could do a nice hover with a different coloured background and text.

I think is nice. My only advice would be to reduce the size of the "search" box a little and align the "GO" button.
