Contest Closed - Winner: Powerslave

I need a 499X159 banner with 2 lines of text. The 1st line is "Monster Swat Monkey" and the 2nd is "Law Enforcement Community" The text needs to be very hard and sharp looking like is was cut from metal. I would like the text color to be Silver. The background of the banner needs to be similar to the logo that I have attached. I would like to have the same glow around the text that is used in the logo with the monkey. I do not need the monkey in the banner, just the text.

You've got to be having a laugh surely???

That is almost identical to my design, to add insult to injury you have even put the sample watermark in the same place, lol, come on now....
