Need Statis Header for www.16hosts.com

Hi I'm looking to create a new header to replace the existing one here at www.16hosts.com . I have a flash one there now, but Im thinking its distracting for viewers and takes too long to load for the average joe, so Im thinking a nice static one of ANY design. Not a static version of the current header though. Thanks. I'll give $25 to anyone who can send me a nice static header to replace this flash one that I would use, thanks for your consideration

WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Nice work guys!! Hmm...I think Im liking Mcbones submission, however I like the fact that ghiavolu has a 16hosts logo and looks really unique....the baby caught me off guard, but at the same time it really attracts attention to the slogan....all these are great.

I will pick a winner tomorrow, keep it up you guys!!!!!!! WOW AWESOME

By the way , if you want to use different slogans, ect. feel free - no need to use any existing header information or design. I might prefer something fresh!

by the way woosh, good too, but I am not too appealed by the text all over the place. Cool though ..

hmm...this is going to be a tough call ....I'm torn....I am going to have to get some feedback from friends, etc. Also, thanks for putting the header on the site to show me what it would look like all together, looks great!!!!!!

WOW

1. Dude I like the way you've made the tabs blend in to the header, looks like its all together.
2. Duck this is SUPER cute - I like the uniqueness - however, based on this type of Stylesheet I am not sure if I will be able to go outside of the Header (like you have with the flower design - I really like that - but Im not sure if I would be able to utillize that without having problems with the rest of my site - ? Not sure, would be nice if I could though. Furthermore, I am not too thrilled with the way the tabs are in the header like that....
3. NEO I like the logo you made for 16hosts, looks professional! Also, it goes with the rest of the site, however, I must say to everyone...You can ditch the "Reach new heights" slogan....hehe....

Duckz - I like the way you're trying to design the buttons in there as well, unfortunately, because they are not orignally a part of the header I dont think I will be able to include the buttons in the header. This site was REALLY tricky to get rolling, It was a fixer upper from someone else who created it for me...had lots of probs with the design...so Im a lil afraid to touch anything but the header right now.
