Hey guys, I joined this site a while back and a guy was helping me out and he did a great job, but i have lost contact with him and I havent messed with this website design for about 4+ months now....

What Im trying to do is update my church's website, currently our site is WAYYYY outdated and very hard to navigate through..

So basically, im needing a little help and would be willing to pay for the help... im desperate and stuck right now...

Here is what im needing:

1. Currently it has a flash banner, and the logo in the top left corner is now outdated and we have a new logo... so I need that put in there for me.

2. Right now, it has "tabs' at the top to navigate and I really dnt like that, i want a drop down menu style to navigate. I would like the 'tabs' to look exactly the same, but instead of clicking a tab and directing you to another page with a ton of links, id rather just have drop down menus so everything is accessable at once on the homepage...

3. Id like to change the frames up a little... under the banner, the main part of the site, has many different frames and Id like to have something simple like this... (just left, right and a main center section) should be easy for someone who knows how to do this... and while your at it, id like the whole page to be stretched out horizontly just a little bit, so its just a tad larger (and all centered up, right now the banner isnt exactly centered with the rest of the frames underneath it)

4. lastly, right now the flash banner starts up when the page opens, a few second audio clips plays and the clouds, birds, people, etc fade in and then the tabs fade in and its complete in about 5 seconds... well I like that for the homepage, but not for everytime I click another link... for everypage EXCEPT the homepage, id like to have a still picture of the banner and have tabs immediately accessable (soon to be drop down tabs)... so basically its a still banner

what im trying to do, is to get the homepage done exactly how I want it and save it... then i will use that page as a template and create the rest of the website from that and learn as I go... but im not expierenced enough on my own to do all this stuff right now and kind of at a stoping point...

I can email the entire zip file to someone if they are interested in helping, but jsut to give you an idea of what it looks like, here is a jpg of the page
