Graphic Design Contests

My group is publishing a simple ad in an event brochure. I've attached the one we used in 2009. Similar to the 2009 version, the current design should include the following text:

Proud Sponsors of Spirit of O'Connor 2011

Family Medicine Associates of San Jose, Inc. (this can be represented using the logo linked to below rather than text) and the San Jose-O'Connor Hospital Family Medicine Residency Program Faculty

Robert Norman, MD, Program Director
((The following additional names listed alphabetically))
Annie Chern, MD
Keegan Duchicela, MD
Michael Henehan, DO
George Kent, MD
Michelle Maxey, MD
David McKay, MD

Logos that can optionally be incorporated include:

While something as simple as our 2009 version would suffice, I'd welcome something more creative or interesting. Feel free to play with art, font, layout, and more. Must be easily legible. Must be professional (ie. no Comic font).

I don't need a logo. I need an updated version of the 2009 version. If no one posts anything more interesting, I'd go with something that looked just like the 2009 version but with the new names and new dimensions. Ideally, someone will submit something a little more interesting. Don't hesitate to post additional Q's if you have them.

@MrNova - Thanks for your submission. I would prefer the logos smaller and "San Jose - O'Connor Hospital Family Medicine Residency Program Faculty" larger. This would suffice but I'm still hoping to see something more interesting, creative.

@katesrobyn: Like this a lot. I'd like to see "San Jose - O'Connor . ..." start on a new line so one can quickly see the two distinct entities (FMASJ & SJ-OCHFMRPF).

@hellobilly: I really like the central graphic showing all the ages of people. Perhaps have it replace the one at the bottom. Ditch the other three graphics - don't like 'em. Make the text larger and split the 11 names after Robert Norman into two columns. I prefer having "Proud sponsors . . ." at the top.

Would prefer line breaks as follows:

Post #12 - I like this one a lot. Prefer that the MD/DO be same size font as names. Also I'd prefer the image to be more subtle/faded. That image is OK but a bit too cumbaya. Would welcome some other options there.

Post #13 - I like this one a lot too. Same comment as #12 re: MD/DO. I find the graphics a bit too cheesy/goofy. It might look great just with the dotted columns as borders without images, or replaced with less cartoony images.

I will make a selection by tonight (MN Pacific). Additional submissions still welcome although I'm sure one of the ones submitted so far will work well with some final tweaks.
