I am looking for a highly talented flash animator who would like to do a flash piece for www.afreeTraffic.com.

The flash piece will be where the blue box is in the header.
Currently says "UNDERGOING MAINTENANCE!"
It will be mainly text animation, possibly some 3d stat bars, but definitly something creative, appealing, and unique.

I have the BG image in high resolution and can provide in any format.
I also have a few demo phrases.

A portfolio / online work is required.
Price is based on users portfolio, average bid, and quality of work. Negotiable
