$50 Logo Contest

Im creating a new website for my side business. I will be selling golf stuff like trophies, awards and custom engraved tees, ball markers, divot tools, etc...

I would say the bulk of the business will be the awards side of it (trophies, plaques, etc), but will sell other custom engraveables too.

Im looking for a cool, trendy, eye catching logo. Im not really that concerned with colors as I can change that later if I choose too. but what I will need is an EPS file I can play with in Corel Draw, Illustrator, etc for down the road if I want to change anything (like colors, etc)...

kate, i think yours is the one i like the best so far. Im just not crazy about that crest on the left.. but i like the text part on the right? maybe try with a few different fonts? but i like the fading/colors... maybe have scottygolf one color, and online another. instead of scotty/golfonline

not crazy about the fonts... the gold cup isnt bad though. I perfer a logo more horizontal I think

Kates, strong design, but if you go with the crest I'd do away with the bag, and do a silhouette of the golfer from behind with the swoosh being the ball going off in the distance. Right now it looks like he's hacking the ball and a huge divot behind him.

But I really think that the plaque with the golfer, if kept simple, would be in keeping with the site's intent. That's my unsolicited opinion, anyway.
