$50 Single Page design for business

I need a website layout made. I need to be able to edit information such as news and updates. I just need the homepage made, and will just copy the design for the other pages on my own. My business is a sports marketing and memorabilia company and I want to have a sports look to it, preferably a vintage sports look. I need the following buttons/tabs/links:

Athlete Representation
Business Promotion
Corporate Events
Fundraising Programs
Marketing
Memorabilia

Contact

I need the links to be coded. I can do the rest on my own. I know html, but I dont know how to make parts of an image clickable as HTML.

The GIF you gave is transparent, but where it fades out it is only white. We need something with full transparency.

It is not typically acceptable to open a contest, then turn around and immediately close it with no reasonable explanation given. It's really unfair to the participants and doesn't make you look good. However, upon investigation, there does not appear to be any funny business going on, so I will close this without incident.
