Thanks okay, I believe you are looking for the busy bells and whistles look anyways. In my opinion you want more of a "Header" than a "Logo".

This is how I originally wanted my logo design to look like but after I saw the forum colors (sorta drab colors, looks so serious) I tried to use forum colors =(.

These are my entries. I worked with the shape of a television, like if the word JOBS was on air. I tried also to incorporate other colors included in the forum's colorscheme. Feedback very appreciated.
