Well this is what I came up with. Basically, the man on the bike is motivating the big guy to keep going. I think it's motivational and a bit humorous. Losing work is tough (as shown in the picture) but it should also be fun. I think the design captures attention while making an obvious statement as to what the design is all about. I think that is important, as you said before, my last design had nothing to do with weight loss. I hope this changes that. I also thought the scale or the measuring tape idea was too cliche, wanted to give you something original. Hope you like it =)

(Give me a bit to get it on a black background with a black shirt..)

Not a bad concept DLS but the colours are a bit too striking i would say.

I hope you enjoy this design - removed reflection, changed colors, and added some shadows to make parts stand out to the eye. Colors should go with your website nicely.
