Hi I just got a new template for my forum and need new logo to go with it. This is a site for decorative artists and muralists. Typical logos for such artists have colomns, pillars, ancient Roman and Greek symbols. I do not need to have this type unless you have some wow design.

I have uploaded the psd file for logo if needed and also a screen shot of forum.

Want to convey that this is a professional site for decorative artists and muralists from around the world. Contemporary and stylish. I had even thought that the use of flags could look cool.

Name and tagline for logo:

Talk Faux
International Forum for Decorative Artists

$10 more if you can come up with a cool design for t-shirt. Font color should be orange for this.

If you want I can make the pillar less sketchy, and insert the other side incase it doesnt look right with just the half of it.

Thanks for the submissions so far.

MrNova - Love the use of the flags, but the line up is off and it is hard for your eyes to focus. Looks like everything is mushed together. Don't care for font.

Dyar - Too generic looking, but it reminds me of something a friend is looking for. I will bring her this way.

gilmojoman - Very nice font for Talk Faux. Like the use of globe, but it was hard for me to tell what it was at first. Makes me wish I could put a rotating globe there. Ha!

perez118 - Yours caught my eye the most as far as being artsy, but I have to do some checking. I am fairly certain someone is using a design almost like that. Unfortunetly, this happens fairly frequently in this business.

Like the map on last one, but not crazy about font. I want to see what the others do for revisions and give others a chance to submit.

I've made a few variations, in font, spacing etc.
Obviously anything can be edited and changed around to your liking.

-Thought it might look better overall with the site.

Changed Font:
-Incase you weren't happy with original font.

Letter Psi:

Straight:
-Less bend of the writing.
-Different font.

Gilmojoman, I still like your text the best. Still don't like the look of the globe, although I like the idea of it.

As I stated previously, liked the globe idea, the world map that someone posted and the flags. Also, liked the column logo.

The image or graphic can be in color if need be.
