$200 Prize For Reusable Bag Graphic Design Contest @YourGreenBag.com

NOTE FROM MODERATOR: I have decided to allow this contest even though it is mainly taking place on another site. We normally don't allow this, but I am making an exception. My only request is to please post your entries in this thread. The contest holder will add them to the green bag design web site for you.

Either submit your designs as a reply to this thread or send them to YourGreenBagsubmitdesign@gmail.com. We will be capping the contest at 30 total submissions (currently have 18 entries on our site), and the winner will be announced exactly three weeks after that so that our members are given time to vote on the sweet designs.

YourGreenBag.com is a unique reusable bag website that thrives on the original ideas of its members. That’s what we’re here for. It’s what we live for. So give us your best, and make us print it. Give us something so WOW, we’re left with nothing to do but print it. Be original. Be funny. Be clever. It really is up to you!

All designs must meet the following requirements to be considered for voting:

1. Please submit your designs in both vector based format for printing and .jpeg/.gif for uploading.
2. Size of the design must not exceed 12.5” x 12.5”.
3. No more than 4 spot colors per design, please!!

In addition to the $2oo that the winner will receive, we will also be donating $50 to one of the five fantastic charities that we work with in the winners name.

Is this a logo design? What do you really want done?

No, it's not a logo design contest. The winning design is going to be printed on a reusable bag. It doesn't have to be a "green" design, though. The main requirements are that the design it is creative and fun (anything that you fancy)! If you would like some more specific examples, then feel free to check out the designs that have already been posted and are being voted on @YourGreenBag.com right now. If you have any more questions, then please feel free to ask.

I can not give enough thanks to all of the participants in our competition, and a special thanks is reserved for this website/forum for allowing us to display this post. Webmaster-talk, you are so very fantastic! The entries that we have received are better than we could have possibly hoped for, and our inaugural competition is now officially full. It is my pleasure to announce that the winner of our inaugural graphic design contest is the love green design entitled "Retro Love"!! The creator of this design will be receiving 200 buckaroos, have their design printed on reusable bags, as well as giving a $50 donation in their name to one of our 5 charities. YES!!
