Feedback:

All - To those who aren't already, please include the 16x16 size in your entry so I can see how that'll look too. It doesn't need to be identical to the larger sizes.

jigu: I prefer the blue to the pink/green version. I prefer uppercase I to lowercase i. Will it look like anything when reduced to 16x16px sizing?

Gx3 Grafix: Like the color changes. The new version with the intertwining ICD9 is interesting but a bit too jumbled. Keep ICD or ICD-9 in the image but get rid of the whole title - ICDMeister. Like I mentioned, the title will be underneath the desktop icon anyway.

pnoiboii89: Interesting. I like how you included some ICD-9 codes picking up on my site's header. At the most common resolution (32x32), the codes become illegible. Can you do a version that keeps them legible at 32x32? No way the codes would be legible at 16x16 but that's OK. Could you post a 16x16 version?

r_shahin: Nice. How does it look at 16x16?
RNHalawi.com: I really like your top entry. Colors from the site. ICD-9, It's all there. It also still works at 16x16. This one is my running favorite.

I also like the second entry (bottom, left). How does it look at 16x16?

Another idea for a new entry that might work well would be to take the M from MeisterMed as seen in the logo (it's in C-type font) and use that as a background.

More feedback:

Gx3 Grafix: Like the new submissions with just the ICD9. Still think the ICD9 jumble is a bit too complicated. I like the first example with the light blue sphere as the background best. Using that as a starting point and finding another way to include the ICD-9 would make it a contender.

jigu: I don't like the lower case icd. Upper case please. Also, pinks and greens are not my site's color scheme.

pnoiboii89: Your design loses all its distinguishing features at 16x16 px.

gilmojoman: Great new entry! I really like it. My favorite entry so far. Perfect color scheme. Like the graphic on the sphere. A couple things that would make it better: Change the ICD to more closely match the font in the ICDMeister site's header. I wonder if it would look good if the ICD was larger - filling most of the width and about 1/3-1/2 of the height. Perhaps this might allow the ICD to appear in 16x16 version as well.

Heres is some more variations changing the font
The only problem I came across was the other font's C looking like a D in 16X16
though In my opinion its not a big deal for a favicon

Great updates . . .

Gx3 Grafix: Like it a lot. Of the three 16x16's, I prefer the first. For the larger icons, it looks a bit faded. Might look better with a deeper or brighter red.

gilmojoman: Much better. I like the second set with the larger ICD better. The 16x16 is great as is. For the larger ones, I think it would look better if you changed to a thicker font that was closer still to the one in the header.

Gx3 Grafix: Like this version a lot. Could you make the following adjustments - enlarge the M so it almost fills the circle; lose the 9 off the ICD-9; enlarge the ICD slightly and bring it down to the bottom; use the same font for ICD that I use on the website's header; decrease the intensity of the bright area/accent at the top so it obscures the M less.

gilmojoman: I like it a lot.

jigu: Better but not quite working for me. I guess they're not interesting nor unique enough.

Ninjax: Can't tell what it'd look like in 16x16, 32x32. A little too vanilla. Needs some pizzazz.

RNHalawi.com: How would it look with the M enlarged and the ICD moved down to the bottom overlapping the bottom of the M?
