I had to make some modifications to the design.
These are the only sizes I have it in (48x48, 32x32 and 16x16).

Entering the final day of the contest . . .

Thanks to RNHalawi.com & pnoiboii89 for the mods/new entries.

At this point, I've decided to choose the entries of either Gx3 Grafix or gilmojoman. I'm declaring this now so as not to waste additional efforts from the other contestants. While I liked many of the other entries, the above two are the finalists as we enter the final day of the contest.

Gx3 Grafix: Could you do the following mods - get rid of the light highlight at the upper part of the image (I find it distracting); modify the ICD to more closely match the font in the header (it's a thicker font than in your sample); add a black outline around the outer edge of the ICD letters.

gilmojoman: Could you make a version where instead of the light blue swirl you put a C-type font M in the background in that same light blue color filling the disc and falling behind the ICD letters?

Looking forward to choosing a winner tomorrow.

Gx3 Grafix: Could you make the ICD larger by about 50% in the vertical dimension?

gilmojoman: To your second version (the one with the M above the ICD not behind it), could you expand the M in the horizontal dimension to better fill the circle.

different variations

Had to change the orientation of the 'M' due to the increase in height, made a few different versions. Also, on the bottom middle added a darker stroke to see what you think.

Congrats Mojo Man! Didn't see the last comment before I posted. Great work and great comp Andrew.

Gx3 Grafix: Excellent work! I like the bottom middle the best. For the 16x16 image, the shadow seems to take up too much space and make the rest smaller. Perhaps best to leave the shadow off for the 16x16 if you could.
