Banner for top of construction page

I need a nicer banner than the one i did for the site:
http://www.gaonaygordillo.com/estructurasymuros.html

You can see on the page the type of site it is (construction), and the kinda of colours i've used.

This is the business logo:

I'd like that to the right.

The next must read:
Estructuras Y Muros Gaona S.L. - i used font Monotype Corsiva as it will match the rest of the page - but im happy to see other ideas.

Please water mark your banner and i will choose a winner monday morning GMT +1 (im in spain) - i'll pay via paypal same morning.

I think one of the rules in this website is you have to post in English (I was told off once for talking in Spanish - LOL!)

But if you want to have a go with the banner i'll let you know if I like it!

I also like the one with the photo thats shadded into the back ground - but i think the text looks a little bit squashed in there, between the image and logo.
