There isn't really any one best keyword. If your site's topic is AdSense then naturally keywords related to AdSense would be good. So would keywords related to contextual advertising.

You have to spend some time doing keyword research and competitive analysis to really know which are the best phrases to optimize your site for both now and in the future.
