Hope i get a decent answer on here as there seems to be lots of spam, has anyone tryed any of these PPC management programs ? they seem to make lots of claims about saving money and since im not very good with adwords are they worth trying ?

I'm not sure which management programs you're referring to. Are you asking about hiring people or companies to manage your AdWords campaign or are you talking about software? I'm thinking you mean software, but I want to make sure.

And if you are talking software could you mention a few by name?

I think either way it's still in your best interest to learn what you can about how AdWords works, especially if you're asking about software. Software is only a tool and a tool as only as good as the person who knows how to use it.
