and i have anaccount in google adwords but i cant found my sites in google search result plz need help , how can i make publicity for my web sites!!!???

What region you have selected for your ads and see if you are in the same region to see the ads.

Also it may so happen that your bid is not sufficient for the ads to be displayed.

Most likely your bids are not high enough, specially if you are using very popular words. Look into being more specific and a little specialized in your choice of words.

Also checkout the ad stats and see if the ad is being shown and how often. Maybe you've just gotten unlucky in the searches.

yeah try working on smaller cost keywords and grouping keywords that are similar together in their own adwords campaign.
