It depends on the topic of the keywords your bidding for, the more competitive the more expensive they are likely to be.
If your looking for clicks for $0.20 I would recommend using a keyword research tool and picking some specific search terms rather than going for the most popular, also try using exact and phrase matching. The content network is also good for some cheap traffic.
