I have a question thats been bugging me. Say someone searches on a keyword and it brings my ad up but only in page 5, does this count as an impression for me or is it only if the ad is on the page visible to the client?

This will make a big difference to my search results since I am using my campaigns to target audience in SA and UK. The rankings based on my CPC per keyword means in SA i am position 3 and in UK page 5!!

Well if you're on page 5, and somebody goes through the proceeding 4 pages without finding anything, and then clicks your site in the SERPs it counts as an impression. Simply coming up somewhere for a search doesn't. An impression means someone actually seeing it.
