I don't think there's a way to do that, but you could contact either the AdSense or AdWords team at Google and ask. I've contact the AdSense team a few times and they've been pretty helpful in answering my questions and getting back to me.

Even if they don't currently allow you to transfer the money it seems like it might be a good idea for them since it will probably get more people to use AdWords and will also save them from having to write some checks.

I also don't think you can do it, but I would like to see it added. It would be nice to have at least the option to have it transferred to your adwords account instead of a check or EFT when payment is sent.
