it seems that you are new to Adwords, so I recommend you reading tutorials at Google website or even purchasing good ebook.
Your daily budget and CPC should be set so that you made profit. For that you should know your visitor value, and you should not bid more than that value. In order to find out your visitor value, you should track, test and tweak your Adwords campaigns.
You should not put hundreds of keywords in one single adgroup in order to be relevant. Otherwise, your click through rates will be low and you will pay the highest price for your keywords.
