Click Through Rate (CTR) is the number of clicks your ad receives divided by the number of times your ad is shown (impressions).

Exactly, Click-Through-Rate. For example, if your ad is shown 100 times, and got 5 clicks on it, then this ad's CTR is 5/100=5%.

Hi,

Well CTR means click through rate, it is a sort of percentage which shows that how many times your site is being appeared in SERPs and how many people are clicking on it.
