Some things that do NOT affect "organic" results, but can affect the QS are:

"keyword/phrase" frequency, the URI, the meta keywords and meta description elements of the landing page.

I will second that Meta's are one of the important factor when it comes to Google Adwords QS. Also You can read my article on the same here where I have my Adwords experimentation on how you can decrease the price per click and yet get more clicks.

These two are factors that make for a landing page that converts well in any PPC campaign, and as CTR is part of the QS, more clicks means a better QS.

The meta description comes into play again for improving CTR because it will be shown as the "snippet" on the "Search Network", and as such is your first chance at a "Call for action".

You need to make it easy for the QS scoring bot to determine the relevance between your campaign words/phrases and the words/phrases that are on the page.

"Optimising for Paid Advertising" is different to "Optimising for Search"

Is it enough? if not please tell me the other factor that helps me to improve my QS.

An improving CTR is what you need now, so you may need to play with your budgets to show your ads more frequently.

7 is the best you can get from your end and rest is based mainly on CTR of your ads and your keywords. So you have to make sure you show better performing ads for the better CTR keywords only and increase your QS and decrease the cost.

QS (Google search + search partners):

- Account history (CTR of all keywords and ads)
- CTR history of keyword and correspondent ads
- CTR history of display URL in the ad group
- Relevance of the keyword to ads in its ad group
- Relevance of the keyword and ads to the search query
- Landing page relevancy
-
Account effectiveness in a targeted geo region

Quality Score is broadly determined by three main factors:

1. Click-through Rate
* The historical click-through rate (CTR) of the keyword and the matched ad on Google
* Your account history, which is measured by the CTR of all the ads and keywords in your account
* The historical CTR of the display URLs in the ad group
2. Relevance
* The relevance of the keyword to the ads in its ad group
* The relevance of the keyword and the matched ad to the search query
* Your account's performance in the geographical region where the ad will be shown
* Other relevance factors
3. Landing Page Quality
* The site should have relevant and original content
* Be transparent and explicit about the nature of your business; how your site interacts with a visitor's computer, and how you intend to use a visitor's personal information
* An easily navigable site with quick load times and a minimum of pop-ups or pop-unders
