Can you place ads on certain sites that you want?

Hello I am curious if it is possible to make an image banner and have it appear on sites that you want, not Google?

If so how?

I have made a banner and I am approved, yet I am getting zero impressions, so I am curious what I may be doing wrong.

There are many sites who accept banner ads for promotion work. You can use that.

Sure you can do that..you need to select google content network and then search that are those particular websites allow banner on their site..if they do so then you can select those website ...

Basically there are two ways to select webstie one is placement tragetig and another one is keyword targeting your need to go through the first one..
