I have a google analytics account and I'm managing all the websites (profiles) under this one main account.

I want to link a website profile under this main analytics account to an adwords account under my MCC so that I can see which traffic comes from organic search results and which come from Adwords campaign.
Please note that the email of the client's adwords account is different than my main analytics account.

Is there any solution to solve this problem?

You have to first set up Analytics through the AdWords account, which will be set up for whoever owns the AdWords account. In the Analytics account you set up at AdWords you'll need to add your Analytics email address as an extra user and you'll want to give your email admin privileges.

If you go into Adwords / My Account / Account Preferences / Tracking you will be able to turn on the auto tagging feature.

This is how it will work.

If you adwords keyword is 'movies stars' and someone clicks on it after searching 'hollywood movie stars', if autotagging is selected then analytics will show the keyword selected as 'movies stars'. If adwords auto tagging is not selected analytics will show the keyword as 'hollywood movie stars'

By tagging it analytics will show what adwords shows and not great advantage. By not tagging it you will see what the real keywords searches are but will not necessarily work out which adwords keywords triggered it!

Also note that you can link only one existing analytics profile to your AdWords account.
