Need best adword advice

Hi guys

I would like some great advice on adwords as i am new and ready to give it a try. Any tricks or secrets on this matter?

I do know to stay away from popular keywords that can crunch the wallet.
Any help would be appreciated

You want good rankings and alot of relevant traffic. That is my best advice.

Choose a dedicated pages for each/group of keywords.
Let your user see what he searched for!!!

I am still trying to understand the bidding process..if there is something to understand at all. Because I am slapped with 30-50 cents front pages bids and I am the only one bidding on the words. maybe is not a bid after all

Right good ads so that you can get at least a 3% CTR per 100 visitors
Bid high in the beginning to get that high CTR and once hit 100 clicks wih 3% CTR then lower you bid to see if you can keep the same positions while paying less as a result of your high CTR and score
Watch your adgroup closely to make sure that you are doing well
Learn to create landing pages that convert
Do not be scared of competition- Look what they are doing and do it better
