How to create 50$ activated adwords account

i m a vcc seller but dont know how to create 50$ adowrds account. i m new to internet and want to use adwords for clickbank products. please teach me i will be grateful i can not offer u $$ now but will give u surely

I have read something about it.I am not sure but i remember that they are giving them to the gmail accounts created in 1 month. (New gmail users)
