Well, the other people who replied to this thread make some very good points. Another possibility is that someone has "out-bid" you on the keywords that you are using. Or someone has "out-bid" you on the particular website that you are promoting. Either way, that could explain why you had such a sudden drop in impressions. You could try raising your minimum bid to see what happens, but only if you can afford it.
There are so many different factors that could be affecting your campaign, it's hard to give you accurate advice when we have such little knowledge of your campaign's settings and keywords and history etc. etc. etc.
