CPM is cost per thousand impressions. To increase it you need to increase your CTR. (of course this assumes that you continue to get paid the same per click)

yeah its not loading may be thats why ur adsense cpm is down

Well, on the other hand, you cannot do anything (except change the keyword) to get higher earning per click.
