Hey folks, lets allay the dread that most people feel about Google. It is not as if you are being done a favor by Google as a Publisher. On the contrary, Google should be nice to you for helping it make money. Just do not put yourself in an awkward position.
I have written queries to Google several times about issues that I did not find pleasing in our relationship. Time was when I felt that my earnings were not tallying ok to the overall clicks, so I sent off a mail to which they replied very courteously explaining the problem and promised to solve it immediately, and within 24 hrs the problem was solved.
What most people think of Google all the time is Ban, ban, ban. It should not be like that. My friend, tell Google about your intention and clear the air for yourself once and for all. I have referred many people in the same Internet cafe and there has been no problem with IP since they all have different addresses. If you don't want to contact Google then get you Dad another address for the purpose of his registration.
Google respects publishers who do not do fraud clicks.
Take care.
