Wow, that site is completely spam. Furthermore, Google will catch on and delete your adsense account with an MFA site like that.

Image hosting, yes, as long as no nudity/porn/questionnable pictures are displayed on the page at the same time.
But your site looks much like a MFA, and might be banned or your account closed because of it.
