The ads for adsense that you get depends on your SERP position,PR and traffic of the site.A site that is situated in top 5 for a keyword get better adsense ads then one is not in top 5?

It is a question , I used the "?" sign.
I saw that "bigger sites" that are in top 5 for keywords in a search get "better" adsense ads.
So I am asking if they get adsense ads from top bid and other sites get adsense ads from low bid?
Let's say keyword "home automation".The big site is four in the search and I am on page 2.The keyword range bid is between 0.11-2.00$.
He gets ads with 2.oo$ and I will get with 0.11$.
