What happened before someone is banned from Google for Adsense?

- Do Google Warn before banning, Or, Directly Ban?
- Do Google give second chance?

Well, they may do that, but sometimes they don't.
If they think you are a honest publisher, they probably will give you a second chance, and will not terminate your account immediately.

No, you're just banned.

If you are not a preferred publisher they don't need to.

what is preferred publisher?
I have 10 sites total, and only one site contain ads without content(and giving me good revenue, which i think with content, it will not), will Google ban me? I am 8 months old publisher and i think with good records, no invalid clicks, and my other 9 sites working good towards publishing ads with nice contents.

Can i open an other Adsense ID with same Postal address but my wife name? I think it will solve my problem.

You should not be going for adult site showing ads because that is the ideal case of getting banned.

I just asked about it once and you need 20 million ad impression to be one.

I think they suspend you while investigating, but no - no warning
you have seperate adsense accounts for seperate business entities, I would imagine your wife would qualify as seperate business entity (use a different bank account) even at the same address
