Any site that talks in vague terms, uses excessive exclamation marks, and provides no real information and a series of testimonials from people that may or may not have existed at some point always equals a scam.

The person also set up a crappy mirror at 1000dollarsin48hours.com, and has duplicate pages on 1.html , 2.html , 3.html , 4.html ... that's some horrible work right there.
